Hello everyone,

So much has been happening lately. My life is moving in an exciting direction and I am full of optimism for my future.

I haven't forgotten anyone here, but hope to get back into this dA thing again. It is heaps of fun.

Have a great day everyone.

Hello All,

I have just come back from a wonderful two and a half week holiday. I went to Grafton, Sydney, Melbourne, and Wagga Wagga. It has been simply fantastic. I caught up with family, friends, visited gardens, saw the Penguins, climbed the Sydney Harbour bridge. I had a ball.

I have loads of pics from my holiday that I simply must share with you all. Please enjoy.

Until Next Time

Lozzalee :D

Hi all

Ok, so I got tagged by *obsidiantears83 I have been so busy and have only just finally gotten around to getting this down so here goes.

Rules:
1. Post these rules.
2. Each person tagged must post 8 random facts about themselves.
3. Tags should write a journal of these facts.
4. At the end post 8 more bloggers are tagged and named.
5. Go to their page and leave a comment telling them they're tagged.

1. I am a massive nature freak. I love gardening, flowers, birds, spiders, and anything else that is connected with nature.

2. Flowers are my major passion. I love learning about them and photographing them. I particularly love Australian native flowers and love to seek out new and different blooms. It is my goal and dream to travel Australia extensively and photograph every native Australian flower. I know this is quite a lofty dream as there are well over 20000 native blooms. This is why I have allowed a lifetime for this particular goal. So far, I have captured about 2000 of them.

3. I am studying nursing at university. I started mid-year, last year and have about two and a half years left to go, I love it.

4. I work as a cleaner. I have both an early morning shift and a night time shift that I do every day, Monday to Friday. In my previous position, I worked as a personal assistant. I am loving the shift in career. Cleaning is good... it keeps you fit :D

5. In my spare time... hahaha, what spare time? .... I do quilting. I have carried my flower obsession over into my quilting and currently have a few flower garden quilt projects on the go. I get the quilting obsession from my Mother who is a very talented woman.

6. I grew up in Queensland, Australia in a small town called Murphy's Creek. I moved to Albury-Wodonga when I was 17 and moved to Toowoomba, two years later. I have been here ever since. I love Toowoomba and all it offers (except for the freezing winters).

7. My favourite music is Australian country music, though I have never been to the Tamworth Country Music Festival, the biggest country music event in Australia. I have always planned to go but something has always cropped up that has stopped me. Hopefully next January :D.

8. I'm addicted to exercise. I love it and cannot get enough of it. I attend the gym regularly, even though I get a full workout every morning and night when I do cleaning... lol.

G'day

I am really excited now because I have finally gotten myself a new laptop, a Dell Inspiron 1520 :D.

I was offline for a little while because of computer problems and so I finally decided to blow the budget completely and get a new computer. I'm happy with my decision, even though I am completely broke now ;). At least I no longer suffer from withdrawal symptoms.

On another note, it is now fifteen days into our winter and is quite cold. However, I went for a walk this morning, and so many plants were in bloom. It was absolutely wonderful. I am about to upload some shots from today's walk.

Enjoy.

Winter is just around the corner and I am dreading it. I am a frog and cannot tolerate the slightest drop in temperature. There is still a fair bit in bloom so I do promise to get out and about with my camera when I have time.

Uni is proving to be a challenge at the moment. I am cutting it back to part-time so that I can cope with it all. I figure that there is no point stressing to finish on schedule, if I am going to be absolutely knacked when I am finished. By not rushing so much, I also believe that I will be able to enjoy it more.

That's about the sum of my life at the moment.

Have fun.
